For Kids and Teens

There are so many ways to keep your heart healthy and have fun at the same time. Getting at least 60 minutes of physical activity a day in school and at home, eating a healthy (but delicious!) diet, and having regular check ups, will keep your heart healthy and your life long.

Getting your blood pressure checked is quick, easy, and painless. Like this little guy says- “No needles!”

So get moving, get your Blood Pressure checked, and eat right….but don’t take our word for it!
